Yoga I’m mostly peace love and light and a little go fuck yourself shirt. It’s not just the body that enjoys it but something about it makes the mind settled and comfortable. I do at least 1hr a day and 2 3hrs sessions at a proper Yoga class a week. This is indeed impressive. No gimmicks, BS marketing, and pathetic patenting attempts. I salute you, grandma yoga master. Hat’s off to grandma who is doing yoga at this age of 98. She put all shame those who is not doing a simple one or two exercises. We have a good prime minister who is interested in yoga and had brought yoga day on 21st June of every year to the world. The government should recognize talented such a person for the sake of the country.
