Marriage was created as a Why be racist sexist homophobic or transphobic when you could just be quiet shirt? It’s not even real, it’s just an institution. Homosexuality isn’t wrong. Deal with it. On behalf of Christians allow me to say I’m sorry. While I personally am not in favor of gay marriage, I refuse to judge people because they are different than me. I would rather love everyone as Christ instructed. Ok, so a tv show has a gay character or two that doesn’t make it evil. Some people are genuine jerks about the fact that they’re against it, but that’s not what God calls us to do. Ellen, I think you’re hysterical and I love you just the same. So I can agree with Ellen telling kids to be themselves.
