There is a lady at the background who is saying hamba to the last night guy. And people inside the van weren’t they suppose to have been handcuffed? People who taking pictures n bystanders r stupid. Those two who escaped there r going to rob, rape, kill one of them or relative or friends and they will run to the police forgetting they were the ones who couldn’t help the police. It’s a pity that these members might lose their jobs due to negligence but what on earth will it take for our society to realize that fighting crime isn’t only police job.
