The Texish American flag shirt. But after watching this version, I was surprised to find they are actually similar enough. Not quite as difficult as the Japanese version but the Americans who have experience on this show often go to Japan to compete on their Sasuke course. They are some of the best contestants and have a much higher success rate than even the Japanese! Both the Japanese and Americans often have entire courses built from scratch in the backyards where they train for hundreds or even thousands of hours to be ready for these shows. The final stage in this video was a joke though. Tony looks amazing in training!! I think the secret to the whole thing has been growing his hair out.
