This guy is a Never underestimate an old man who understands baseball and loves Now York Yankees shirt, the kid is in a vulnerable position because he is failing. This coach is adding to this kid’s inner dialogue about himself and his relationship to failure. This adult is modeling leadership as well, so as a parent, boss or teammate. This is what this kid is going to bring the world. This coach is trading the opportunity of giving this kind of some life skills for making a quick cutting joke at this kids expense. Man, I’m glad I played ball when it was about the game and having fun. Parents should stay home take a break and let the kids have fun.
