This is the Just a girl who loves beaches and turtles shirt. If someone is clinically depressed they already avoid their friends for fear of being a burden. You have just suggested that we are. Instead of saying people are a burden maybe suggesting that your good mood, happy self could help your friend. This mentality of avoiding is only going to lead to more lonely people. I agree with limiting overtly negative people. However, people will use this to exclude people based on how they look without ever getting to know someone. This is like what we were talking about on girls weekend, becoming something after you’ve been around it too long when you feel like it’s not actually who you are! So what if you’re depressed, negative, hate living and just feel miserable, a majority of the time.
