A friend of mine in Indonesia had 100 children from the local orphanage at her daughter’s first birthday apparently that’s something people do there. For dinner, she supplied fried chicken from a fast food place an Indonesian KFC if you will. She said the sheer excitement of the children at discovering there was Chicken for dinner almost made her cry. Well, that’s how you seasoned your meats and chicken, people not out of the packets no washing and put salt and black pepper. It’s was clean, season and marinated. I’m so glad all these chickens gave their lives so that real people in real villages. Doing things the right way could be fed!
