Watch animals with their young, they aren’t exactly gentle all the time. No that’s not what I’m saying. What I’m trying to say is that mothers in the animal kingdom do not always coddle their young. They teach respect and obedience. They don’t ask their young if they want to do something, they tell them. Parenting isn’t always about gentleness. A parent must, at times, be tough. Hitting isn’t the only way to be tough. That is aggressive over grooming, it’s not a cartoon it can be very distressing for the kitten, usually happens when the parent is stressed.
